Juniors to Masters Chess Academy (JtM) plans to take photographs, audio, and video during our in-person events, and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any JtM event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. JtM may use the photograph/video in JtM educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website and Facebook page.
To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.
A person attending a JtM event (or one we are participating in) who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact JtM at jtmchessacademy@gmail.com and include an identifying photograph for reference. JtM will use the photo for identification purposes (only) and will hold the request in confidence.
By participating in a JtM event or by failing to notify JtM, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by JtM, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify JtM from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
