The Juniors to Masters Mentorship Program is a support system and talent development program that pairs skilled, knowledgeable mentors with motivated mentees who can learn from their experience and benefit from their support and encouragement. Note that this does not replace what a Chess Coach does, nor does it involve teaching technical chess lessons. It instead aspires to help with non-chess issues and concerns.
Current JtM Students are eligible to apply to become JtM Mentees, but will only be paired with a JtM Mentor based on availability and if it is deemed a good fit.
