Team Canada Training Camp 2024

This intense online group training camp is designed specifically to help prepare Team Canada team members who will be competing at the World Cadet U8, U10, U12 Championship at Montesilvano, Italy from Nov 14-27, 2024, where they will meet in-person with Team Canada Head Coach Gergely Szabo.

Juniors to Masters Chess Academy Inc. is the provider of the National Training Program for Canadian Youths, as sanctioned by the Chess Federation of Canada. Juniors to Masters Chess Academy Inc. was founded by GM Gergely Szabo and Victoria Doknjas. GM Gergely Szabo has been Team Canada’s Head Coach at WYCC, WCCC, World U16 Youth Olympiad, and the Women’s Olympiad. Victoria Doknjas has been Team Canada’s Head of Delegation at multiple WYCCs and NAYCCs.

Additionally, JtM In-House Masters include published chess book authors (Everyman Chess), FM Joshua Doknjas and FM John Doknjas, as well as NM Neil Doknjas, IM Adrian Musat, IM Nicholas Vettese, GM Shawn Rodrigue-Lemieux, and WGM Maïli-Jade Ouellet.
